At Luxe Oasis, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return
- Perishable, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once opened
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at luxeoasis2022@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange
Refund Process
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds issued via bank transfer within 5–7 business days of return approval
- Online payments: Refunded to original payment method within 5–10 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
