At Luxe Oasis, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return
  • Perishable, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once opened

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at luxeoasis2022@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Refund Process

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds issued via bank transfer within 5–7 business days of return approval
  • Online payments: Refunded to original payment method within 5–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
