Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with packaging intact. Opened hygiene products and personalised items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Cash on Delivery refunds via bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days. Online payment refunds to original method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges
